OPT OUT + CAUTION + PERMISSIONS
Hullo! Being that Vax is from the end of the first Critical Role campaign, I thought I'd make this post!
I know that spoilers are a thing folks don't like (myself included holy shit I would have been so furious if I'd been spoiled), so if you leave me a message here, I'll make sure to avoid them for you! Also, if you'd prefer Vax's paladin and rogue abilities (Divine Sense, disguising himself) not apply to your character, just let me know. I definitely don't want to step on toes, and will probably message folks before using them, but just in case!
Also, if you'd prefer not to get tagged by Vax at all, my feelings won't be hurt. Again, just drop me a note here, and I'll skirt around ♥ Please note which game you're coming from in the comment title!

Backtagging: absolutely please, sometimes work murders my sociability and so my tagging speed dies.
Threadhopping: I'd appreciate you asking first, but generally yes. especially for cast!
Fourthwalling: no. if you want to comment he sounds like another Liam O'Brien character, go for it, but anything past that I'd appreciate you asking, and it'll likely be a no.
Offensive subjects: there isn't too much. Vax has killed a lot of people, but he doesn't like to brag about it; really the only upsetting things he might mention would be murder and the death of his mother, though you'll have to unlock his tragic backstory DLC for him to go into that. as for topics that offend me, I'm gone if it comes to politics and/or assault, but that's about it.

Hugging this character: sure, he's a touchy-feely kind of guy, with those he trusts.
Kissing this character: you can certainly try. unless he knows, trusts, and is fond of you, he's gonna uncanny dodge that shit.
Flirting with this character: feel free! I'm terrible at flirting, but Vax will reciprocate as best I can. he won't mean anything by it, since he's happily involved, but it'll be harmless.
Fighting with this character: oh absolutely. just let me know if that's where you want to go, but I'm always down.
Injuring this character: sure, why not. nothing grievous without prior discussion, but I'm always down for him getting his ass kicked.
Killing this character: nnnot so much, not without good reason or a lot of prior discussion. if it makes sense, sure. Vax is one for throwing himself into danger and throwing caution to the wind, but I'd like to give him a bit of a break, for now.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: pfffft sure. let me know first, though, and how deeply you're prodding, so I can know what info to feed you.
